Kitchen Clean-up at Hope UMC – Tuesday, April 25th

Calling all Women of Hope! This Tuesday, April 25th, is our annual KITCHEN CLEAN-UP DAY. Those who can meet at the church at 9:00 a.m. to help wipe out drawers, wash down cupboards, clean the fridge, etc are greatly appreciated!

However, if your work schedule doesn’t allow you to join us at 9;00 am, please know that you are welcome to come prior to the cleaning day and clean ahead of Tuesday morning. If you are available to come and clean on your own time, we ask that you please use a post-it-note and mark the drawers/cupboards that you clean. (We certainly don’t need to do any of them twice! :-))

This is our once a year cleaning, and of course, our kitchen gets plenty of use… Sunday coffee fellowship, funerals, youth group, 5th quarters, Women of Hope, etc. so needless to say, it deserves a good cleaning at least once a year! We hope you will plan to come do some cleaning when it fits into your schedule.

Calling all King’s Kids!

Calling all King’s Kids!! Don’t forget to grab a friend and come to our last King’s Kids for this school year! We will meet this Wednesday, April 19th, and see just how well you can remember about all of God’s Incredibles that we have learned about this year! We will just have to wait and see!

Even though we are sad this is our last King’s Kids session, save the date for our next great adventure: VBS Day Camp from June 19th – June 22nd. More info coming soon!

King’s Kids last Wednesday, April 12, 2023

We had an awesome time last Wednesday at King’s Kids! We learned about God’s Incredible follower, Daniel, and how God rescued him from the lion’s den! What a great example of GGYB, right?? Look at all the fun we had!!

We are so blessed by their enthusiasm and excitement! It is hard to believe that this coming Wednesday will be our final King’s Kids for this school year! 😦 We look forward to seeing everyone there!
