We’re BACK to worshiping together!! :-)

We are starting BACK to worship at Hope UMC starting this Sunday, Aug. 9th and we are SO EXCITED to be able to worship together with our church family and friends.

Of course, for everyone’s safety, there are some extra steps that we need to all take.

• There are specific entrances to use:
  • Havelock worship is @ 9:00 a.m. each Sunday.  Use only the Rear Kitchen (EAST) entrance
  • Pocahontas worship is @ 10:30 a.m:  Use only the EAST handicap entrance & the North Office entrance
• We ask everyone to enter wearing a facemask, with the exception of children not old enough to attend school or those with a medical release.
  • If you forget a mask, our talented seamstresses have sewn some extras so you can borrow one for worship and return it afterward.  (Of course, all borrowed masks will be washed before the next week’s service!)
• Use the provided hand sanitizer, both on entering and exiting worship
• Buckets will be available for your offering near each sanctuary entrance.
• Please be seated in pews with every other row left empty and socially distant by households
• After worship, you will be dismissed by ushers to avoid bottlenecks at the exits.
  • You may gather outside for conversation but please use social distancing and wear your masks
