Some examples: Breathe in (Lord Jesus Christ); Breathe out (have mercy on me)....... Breathe in (The Lord is my shepherd); Breathe out (I shall not want)....... Breathe in (Oh holy spirit); Breathe out (please guide me today)....... It's an easy way to include God in everything that we do!
